RAC facilitates the acquisition of promising Russian suppliers and oversees the restructuring of these companies to develop internationally competitive facilities. This also involves localization for major Tier-1 automotive suppliers who are developing their manufacturing activities in Russia.
ОАО "Avtoagregat"
The “Avtoagregat” production plant is located in Kineshma, 400 km east of Moscow. The plant produces steel and aluminum based components, mainly for TRW brake systems, suspension and body parts as well as various products for the aftermarket. Technologies include casting, metal stamping, precision machining and galvanizing. The plant is certified to ISO 9001 and is presently introducing quality management systems to comply with ISO TS 16949.
Industrial Parks
RAC in cooperation with partners is capable of:
- setting up modern “last mile” type logistical centers;
- setting up the production infrastructure for modular and light assembly automotive components.
Through such projects we can effectively enable Russian enterprises to maximize logistical opportunities, thus improving efficiency and safety of deliveries to remote clients.
